Alex Hormozi (born 18 August 1988) is an American entrepreneur, investor, author, philanthropist, and internet personality. Of Iranian‑American descent, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development.

In 2013, Hormozi opened his first gym brand, scaling it to six locations in three years before pivoting into turnaround and consulting services for gym owners. In 2016, he founded Gym Launch, assisting thousands of gyms globally through licensing and high-ROI systems. He later launched Prestige Labs (supplements), ALAN (software), and co-founded Skool. In 2020, he and his wife Leila founded Acquisition, a holding company investing in high‑cash‑flow businesses.
